We were referred to Laurie through a local who we met on the golf course. We are "out of area" folks with busy work schedules, so Laurie's local knowledge and quick responses to our questions was paramount in moving forward on a house that we were interested in. What she didn't know, she found out. In the end, there was a major issue just before closing (septic system failed), so Laurie worked with Seller's agent to get it replaced asap, and was on site to photograph the process, making us comfortable that it was done correctly. Laurie has also become a person friend, taking us on hikes in the area. We love her energy and her drive. We will definitely use her again when the need arises.
